Christmas 2008 Returns Policy
In addition to our standard 30 day policy, we have extended our returns policy timescale for goods purchased as Christmas presents. Any goods purchased prior to December 16th 2008 as Christmas presents can be returned to us for an exchange or refund, but must be in our possession by January 15th 2009.
Wrong size? Wrong Colour? Just not what you had in mind? - No worries.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can send all full priced items back to us within 30 days of you receiving your order, for an exchange or full refund (excluding P+P). Please refer to ‘Sale & Discounted Items’ listed below, for our returns policy on these items.
Please note we cannot honor any exchanges or refunds after this 30 day period.
How do I return my order?
1. All items sent back to us (including the boxes/packaging) must be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION i.e. NOT WORN, ALTERED or WASHED and do not tape up or write on shoe boxes. Your return should be packaged with suitable packaging material.
2. To return or exchange an item, please fill out the enclosed form or you can print off a copy here (Exchanges/Returns Form) (this is a PDF document and you will need Adobe Acrobat/Reader installed to view it). Please place this in with your return items.
3. We strongly advise that all goods be returned via a recorded method of delivery (i.e. Royal Mail signed for, Royal Mail Special Delivery or via a courier) and that you get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your Post Office or carrier. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. Shudoo.co.uk will not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us and you will remain billed for lost items.
4. Shudoo.co.uk do not cover the cost of returns (unless stated otherwise). To do this we would have to increase the price of our products, which we would really rather not do.

Sorry, due to Health & Safety reasons we can not allow customers to drop off their items to our warehouse, under any circumstances.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation however it should be much sooner than this. You will receive an email to confirm once the refund has taken place, however it may take a few days to show on your bank statement.
Exchanges will be dealt with as soon as we receive your returned goods. If the exchange is for something of a higher value we may require some of your card details again. Alternative products can be exchanged according to our stock. If we do not have the desired replacement you will receive a full refund and an email confirming this. Please note that there is a postage fee on exchanged items to be sent out.
Sale and Discounted Items
Items on sale or discounted items can only be cancelled up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery.
Suspected Faulty goods
In the rare and unfortunate event of your shudoo.co.uk item being faulty, please accept our apologies and contact us to discuss your options.
For UK customers, please return any suspected faulty items via either Royal Mail Recorded Signed For or Special Delivery. On further inspection, in the event that your goods are deemed faulty we will reimburse your return postage fee up to the value of £7.75, back onto your card.
For goods sent back to us via any other methods, whereby we accept responsibility for the postage fees, we will still only be able to reimburse up to the value of £7.75. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For worn, faulty 'Love From Australia' branded stock we aim to repair, and if this is not possible then we will offer a replacement. If neither a repair or replacement is possible, you would then be entitled to claim a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that variations of colour, thickness and texture in double-faced sheepskin are normal due to the natural properties of this material. Returns on sheepskin boots for the reasons noted above cannot be accepted.
