UGG Australia is an American brand produced in US sizes. In accordance with the UK UGG Australia distributor they are converted to their nearest UK whole size.

When purchasing UGG® Australia (especially the Classic styles), if you are normally a full size (eg 6 UK) we generally recommend ordering a half size down (eg 5.5 UK). All UGG on our website are now sized in half sizes as per the way UGG Australia (Deckers) size their boots.

Please remember that sheepskin is a very soft, ductile material that will stretch and mould to your foot. These boots should be a snug fit at first as the sheepskin will stretch.

*Please note, with the black UGG® Australia boots, some of the heavily applied colouring may transfer onto skin, this is not classed as a fault and applies with the majority of black coloured sheepskin boots and usually only occurs on the first few wears.

We suggest you order your normal UK size or, if you are a half size, round down.

LFA boots are the thickest fleeced sheepskin boots we stock, which is why they initially feel tighter than our other sheepskin boot brands. Please bear this in mind if, when you first try them on, the boots feel very tight as these sheepskin boots tend to stretch considerably.

As with all sheepskin boots, Jumbuck boots do have a little ‘give’ in them. We suggest you order your normal UK size or round down if you are a half size.

Birkenstock have found that for the Madrid style most wearers like to go down a size because there is no toe piece.

For all styles, Birkenstock advise that if you require a half size, to round down a size.

No need to ‘Bump’ up your size with these! We suggest you order your normal European size. Please refer to the size chart above.

We suggest you order your normal UK size. If you are between sizes we suggest ordering the size up to allow the foot-bed to hold to your foot properly (i.e.if you are a 4.5, we suggest ordering the 5).

Please order your usual UK size. If you are a half size we suggest ordering the size down. The fit SHOULD FEEL LOOSE. The sides of your foot should not really touch the sides of the shoe.

Your toes should never make contact with the front of the shoe. You should have about ¼ to ½ an inch of space in front ofyour toes, behind your heel and when you lift the strap you should be able to comfortably get your finger between the strap and heel.
 

We generally suggest ordering your usual EU size. If you are between sizes please round up. (i.e. if you are usually size 38.5 EU, then we suggest you order a size 39 EU).
