Returning goods via recorded methods If an item sent with Shudoo's free returns postage is lost, then you will need to contact Shudoo in order for us to investigate with Royal Mail. For returns sent with any other method of postage, you will need to contact the courier service yourself.
Administration of your return *Please note: If for any reason your card has expired or any of the details change we will be unable to process the refund, back onto the card you originally paid with. In these instances we will issue you with a cheque in the post sent to the billing address provided.
