*PLEASE NOTE - When you send your returned item(s) back to our warehouse we are unable to track its progress for you until it has been received into our warehouse and your return/exchange has been processed for you.

The warehouse will automatically send you an email when your return has been processed.

If you would like to track your returned order you will need to visit the Royal Mail ‘track and trace’ website and enter the long barcode number provided on your receipt from the Post Office.

Shudoo returns are easy and FREE!

1. Print and Complete the returns form
2. Cut out the free returns label, attach to your parcel and send using Royal Mail.
3. Please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting from your post office.

Did you buy your items at sale, discounted or full price?
Items purchased at full price can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the order. Sale or discounted items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order for an exchange or refund.


 

Repacking your items carefully
Please take care when repacking items for return to ensure all products, boxes and associated paraphernalia reach us in the same state as delivered.


 

Returning goods via recorded methods

Please note that in the unfortunate event that a return sent using Shudoo's free returns service is lost on it's way back to us, we will only be able to cover up to the cost of 39.00 GBP. You are entitled to use other returns services at a cost to you, for example Recorded Delivery, should you feel it necessary.

If an item sent with Shudoo's free returns postage is lost, then you will need to contact Shudoo in order for us to investigate with Royal Mail.

For returns sent with any other method of postage, you will need to contact the courier service yourself.


 

Administration of your return
Returns are normally administered within 14 days, although customers should allow up to 30 days for returns to be processed, particularly at busy periods. Please note, refunds can take up to 6 days to appear on your bank/credit card statement.

*Please note: If for any reason your card has expired or any of the details change we will be unable to process the refund, back onto the card you originally paid with. In these instances we will issue you with a cheque in the post sent to the billing address provided.


 

Items must be unworn

The cost of returns
Returns are now FREE. A pre-printed postage label can be found on the returns form - just cut this out and attach it to your returning order. Please note, returns are not free for International customers.


 

Customers are unable to visit our warehouse
Due to Health & Safety reasons we can not allow customers to drop off their items to our warehouse, under any circumstances.


 

Returning goods you believe to be faulty
Please note it is normal for footwear to have slight variations. This particularly applies to sheepskin boots which vary due to the natural properties of the material. In the rare and unfortunate event of your item being faulty, please accept our apologies and contact us by telephone to discuss the fault - 0845 680 0251 or email info@shudoo.co.uk .
