Why is there no authenticity card in with my Ugg Australia boots?
The authenticity card is only ever put In with the with Classic style boots i.e. Classic short and tall. This is because the Classic Short and Tall are the most commonly immitated styles.

Have you received my returned order?
We ask all customers to allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed. As soon as the warehouse authorises your return, we will send an email to notify you as such. We ask that you contact us only if you have heard no news within 14 days.  

How do I return goods?
All you need to do is send the order back to us with a filled in returns form. If you do not have access to a printer, please contact us and we will send you a form in the post.

How much does postage cost to Europe?
Postage to Europe costs between £12 - £25. This is dependant on the size and weight of the order, and to where it is being shipped. An accurate price is given at the checkout.

Do you deliver to USA?
We do not deliver to the US. We can only deliver to countries within Europe and the UK.

Do you have this item in stock?
All available stock is listed on the website. If an item is showing as out of stock on the website, then it is out of stock. If the product you are interested in is out of stock and we are expecting it back in then you may have the option to request a 'Notify Me'. When this item comes back into stock you will then automatically be notified by email that you can now purchase it.
