  • We use a combination of Royal Mail and Home Delivery Network to make our deliveries and all deliveries require a signature.  You are able to track the progress or your order by signing into your account and viewing your order history.

 
How much does delivery cost?
Economy - FREE
2 - 3 days - however this is not a guaranteed service.		 Premium Next Day - £6
Available for orders placed before 2pm.		 Premium Nominated Day - £6
Choose your weekday.		 Premium Saturday - £8
Delivered on a Saturday.
How much does international shipping cost?
There are four levels of international shipping, please check the level of the country require below.

Who will deliver my brand new shoes?
Home Delivery Network:
We've partnered with Home Delivery Network Limited, the UK's largest dedicated home delivery service, to offer a fast and efficient delivery service we know you'll be pleased with. Please note HDN deliver between 9am - 7pm

Royal Mail:
We use Royal Mail to deliver smaller items and accessories. International orders are also sent using Royal Mail with the final delivery made by their European post partners.
How fast will they be delivered? This depends on the level of service you choose when checking out.  For UK deliveries this can be either Economy, Next Day, Nominated Day or Saturday delivery.  For International deliveries there is just one option of a standard service.
For Next Day Deliveries, orders placed before 2pm on (weekdays) are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and during the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. Premium services take priority.

Will I need to sign for my item?
All orders have to be signed for.

What if I'm not in to receive my delivery?
The delivery driver will leave a card with a contact telephone number and delivery reference number, plus the date and time of the attempted delivery.

Please telephone the number to book a re-delivery, or to arrange to collect from the local courier depot if convenient. If the courier company hear nothing from you within 5 days of the parcel being held at the depot, it will be returned to Shudoo Ltd.

I haven't received a calling card or there is no tracking number on the calling card. What do I do?
Please sign into your Shudoo account, where you will find your tracking number.

I've placed an order but want to change the delivery address. Can I do this?
This is possible providing the order hasn't already been processed through to pending shipment.

My delivery hasn't arrived and I have waited over a week
Please sign into your Shudoo account to find your tracking number. If you contact the courier service, quoting your tracking number, they should be able to give you more information with regards to the delivery of your item.

Please be aware that factors such as bad weather conditions may influence the delivery date of your order.
